By placing an order through hidrodoko.com or by direct contact, you enter into a purchase agreement with A Group H.M.D, which is subject to the following terms:

• Every order is considered a purchase offer on your part and becomes binding only upon express confirmation by Hidro Doko.
• Payments are made by the method agreed between the parties — bank transfer, cash or another method confirmed in writing.
• Hidro Doko reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, notifying the buyer and refunding any amounts paid within 5 working days.
• Displayed prices do not include delivery costs, which are calculated based on destination and quantity, and confirmed before the order is finalised.
